By booking an appointment with Artistic Touch, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Booking Deposits & RefundsAll deposits are strictly non-refundable. This fee secures your specific time slot and covers administrative costs. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.2. Cancellation & ReschedulingWe require at least 48 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment.

• Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be lost.

3. Late ArrivalsWe operate a strict schedule to ensure every client receives the full time required for their treatment.

• The 15-Minute Rule: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid delaying the next client.
• Result: In this event, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

4. Health & Safety RestrictionsTo ensure the best results and your safety, we cannot perform treatments if:

• You are currently pregnant.
• You are currently breastfeeding.

5. Medical DisclosureIt is the client's responsibility to notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications (past or present) before booking. Certain medications and health conditions can affect the healing process or prevent the treatment from being carried out safely.6. Extra Guests and ChildrenTo maintain a safe, sterile, and professional environment, we have a strict no-guest policy.

• No Children: Due to the nature of the procedures and insurance requirements, children are not permitted in the treatment room.
• No Extra Guests: Please arrive for your appointment alone. We do not have a waiting area for additional guests.

7. Right to Refuse TreatmentArtistic Touch reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for the procedure due to health concerns, skin condition, or failure to follow pre-care instructions.
